Kurimu (66) - Health Concern

Kurimu was described as 'dark cream kitten' in Petfinder.com. That's right! He is in dark cream color, with special tortoise shell patter on his body, although both sides are not symmetry. 

Kurimu has meddium long tail, longer hair compare to Kusky and pointed chin. Overall, he is a very healthy kitten, except he has very pale nose, ears and gums. I was a bit worry. These may be caused by a few common reasons: 1. FIV  2.Leukimia   3.Anemia

To clarify his health condition, I brought him to the vet to do a simple blood test. The whole process took not more than 15 minutes until the result shows. It was a dual test tool for testing leukemia and FIV at the same time. After seeing the result, God bless that Kurimu is free from both diseases. Our family vet suspect his condition might be caused by blood parasite. Kurimu is on a few medication now. Hopefully he will become 'pink' soon.
